In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.
Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
NOTICE: Order may take more time to deliver than usual. This is due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic situation and the unexpected Lockdown & Protests. Exact date is currently unavailable with our support team.
Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order.Then 4to 5 business days for it to get delivered.
So, the estimated time would be 9 to 15 working days.You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped. These timelines may be affected due to current situations. In less affected areas order will be delivered within 5 to 7 days.
The Complete Cart🛒 reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of The Complete Cart🛒 & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code. You can email us at email@example.com for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
Order delay/cancellations due to delay
Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your advice on this matter which may result in your order being delayed.
In case our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided are incorrect or if there is a variation, then we may approach you to cross-check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may also delay an order.
At any point in time during the garment construction process, the product cannot be canceled.
A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time, will The Complete Cart 🛒 issue refunds more than the value of the product.
